The 11X class features the use of TRX straps, the Concept 2 Rower, and the trainers choice of exercise equipment (medicine balls, kettlebells, jump ropes, etc.). 11X takes a high-intensity approach by keeping you moving for over 90% of the 45 minutes you are in class! This class is efficient and effective for developing strength and improving overall fitness.
