License/Certifications:  Certified Personal Trainer & Functional Training Specialist (ACE), Pain-Free Performance Specialist

Experience:   My fitness journey began in 2009, just before my freshman year of high school. During my first football preseason weight training session, I noticed that most of the guys were bigger and stronger than me, but I was immediately motivated to outwork them and become as strong as possible before the season started. In just 8 weeks, I saw drastic improvements in strength and size. I was amazed by the progress that could be made in such a short amount of time when you work hard. This inspired me to dedicate my down time to working in the gym and helping others reap the benefits of strength training. Since beginning my personal training career in 2015, my mission remains to provide hope and opportunity for all individuals to build a better life through fitness.
